He was charged in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court, 15th Judicial District, Case No. 2006-cf-00949SAXXXMB. In June 2008, he pled guilty and was sentenced. Documents in that case should be available in the court file. The Non-Prosecution Agreement that Epstein entered into with the U.S. Attorney's Office, in September 2007, is not in the public record.
