In that case, she first violated probation in January 2016. In February 2016, she was found in violation and probation was modified. In April 2016 she violated again on the petit theft charge. The violation notice was amended to add the drug charge in mid-April, and there has been no activity since then. The underlying offense that led to the probationary sentence was petit theft (3s offense).
