I have been on the road and, I don't know if the news has traveled to Washington, but Epstein is actually a "victim" in a new case here in SDFI where the lead partner of one of the victim's lawyers was indicted on a Ponzi scheme where he was selling "futures" in a promised settlement with Epstein. The defendant in that case told the "investors" that Epstein was going to settle for $200 million because of all of the pressure that their firm was putting on him b de osin Epstein's friends, including Before the Ponzi scheme indictment was returned, I think was subpoenaed. I don't know if he was ever deposed. We didn't turn over any evidence to the victims or their lawyers, but invited them to file FOIA requests. I don't kn
