I am still waiting to hear back from on their position. it cites the same cases that you see in my response to the Motion to Accept Facts as True (the 6(e) and Due Process cases). I am asking the Court not to unseal everything, but, instead, to allow us to file redacted versions of the pleading and exhibits. I will not be redacting much. In their statement of undisputed facts, the only things I would redact are the references to the FBI in paragraphs 4, and 5. The mention of "his sexual assaults of more than 30 minor girls" in paragraph 9. Paragraph 11.
