Jeffrey Epstein Date: Wed, 17 Mar 2010 16:52:34 +0000 Importance: Normal Attachments: In_Re_Jane_Doe_2-7_v._Jeffrey_Epstein.pdf I received this today, and I also received a CM/ECF of a Motion to Compel. In the Motion, the plaintiffs aver that Epstein already has copies of the requested statements. Two crucial points: (1) There are NO documents responsive to this subpoena. The FBI did not take any sworn statements from any of the victims, except for- The only thing that would exist are reports of interviews, which are not called for by the subpoena. (2) As far as I know, Epstein does not have any copies of any of the interview reports. We did not turn over any discovery, reports, or anything else to him. I have a vague recollection of him trying to file a FOIA request, but I think it failed. Can you just confirm that these two statements are correct?
