Subject: Warning re possible Epstein Hailstorm

From To Subject: Warning re possible Epstein Hailstorm Date: Wed, 22 Jul 200918:12:26 +0000 Importance: Normal Hi all — Mr. Epstein is now a free man, as of this morning. Here is some of the news coverage: http://www.wpbtcorninews/20140147/detail.html http://www.palmbeachpost.corn/localnews/content/local_news/epaper/2009/07/22/0722epstein.html The issue regarding the unsealing of the non-prosecution agreement is becoming a bit explosive. Epstein has lost before the District Court of Appeal and has filed a petition for cert with the Florida Supreme Court. The Palm Beach Post and two victims have asked for awards of attorneys' fees and have argued that Epstein's appeals are frivolous. Their briefs also allege that Epstein used his influence to get our Office to step aside. Some of the language used in the briefing is very critical, especially claiming that the victims were not allowed to participate in the plea negotiations, so I wanted to warn you about what might be coming
