I was out for a few weeks after my surgery, but I Yesterday, Judge= issued an order setting the hearing on the victims' suit against the office for August 12th at 2:00. Apparently it will be an oral argument on all the motions, and the Court will determine if there is a need for an evidentiary hearing. On the magistrate judge matter, I have heard that there were more than 60 applications, so it is going to be a tough row to hoe. On the other hand, you and some other folks have been absolutely wonderful, so I am still keeping my hopes up. I hope that you are all doing well in Miami. With warmest regards, EFTA00214137
