Alex — I talked with appeals and we changed the language in the first "It appearing" paragraph following the list of statutes (on page 2) so that it is clearer that we are not commanding Epstein to do anything, he is choosing to do this because of the benefits he receives from the agreement. I should hear from Jay within an hour or so, hopefully with word that the agreement is signed. I have asked him to fax me a signed copy and then to send the originals via FedEx. EFTA00215028
