If you recall your first victim notification letter mentioned that we would be contacting them v. !thin a couple of weeks or that they could contact us. 2 or 3 of them did call Bob. We knew at that time that 3 or 4 of the victims were represented, and we assiduously avoided contacting them. I recall one call to a victim. Who told me that she was represented and another call where a male answered the phone. I told him that I was calling from Robert Josefsberg's office pursuant to a letter sent to the victim. He told me that she was already represented. In both instances, I said thank you: that I was glad to know that they had counsel
