Fro errtil Subject: RE: Ltr to Lefkowitz Date: Tue, 10 Mar 2009 15:21:16 +0000 Importance: Normal Thank you, for obtainint permission for us to see the letter attached and for providing it to us.! We have another question. We have been reviewing the Sentencing Agreement in the state criminal prosecution and are do not understand many of what appear to be hand written variations from the typical sexual offender sentencing form. We are particularly interested in the applicatbility of the restitution provisions We are going to request a meeting witht the ASA who handled the case to attempt to clarify all that. Before we do that, I thought that I should ask whether the ASA will already know about the non-prosecution agreement ("NPA")or whether we need to explain it and how we Mare involved in the settlement discussions pursuant to the addendum to the NPA, in which case we would have to have them sign Judge Marra's Confidentiality Order. Do you know the answer to that? Tx. Fr
