Please let me know if that is the case and, if so, when you and M. are available. If is no longer amenable to an informal meetin , he must still appear pursuant to the subpoena so that I may ask him questions. If M. improperly invokes any Fifth Amendment privilege, I intend to move to compel his answers. If you or your client is unavailable on February 6, 2007, please let me know of another Tuesday
