I know that Mr. Epstein has offered representation to some individuals who have refused the offer. Accordingly, it is impossible to determine whether an individual is or is not represented without asking the individual directly. If you would like, please send me a list of those individuals who have accepted Mr. Epstein's offer of payment for representation and the names of their attorneys.
