That GPS unit can be programmed with "Exclusionary Zones," which activates some sort of alarm if Mr. Epstein tries to enter that "zone." The addresses of victims' homes, workplaces, and schools can be added to that list of "Exclusionary Zones." Obviously that would require you to disclose those addresses to the Sheriff's Office.
