Having granted the Application to Disclose Grand Jury and Privileged Material in a separate Order, the Court hereby enters the following Protective Order, which governs the conditions for disclosure, maintenance, and destruction of any material containing "matters occurring before the grand jury" thereinafter referred to as "grand jury material") and related privileged material. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The government is authorized to produce privileged materials and matters occurring before the grand jury to Assistant U.S. Attorney following her resignation to allow her to continue to fulfill her obligations in connection with an investigation conducted by the Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility, any potential Congressional investigation, and any state law enforcement investigation. 2. Disclosure shall be limited to grand jury and privileged material relevant to: (a) allow AUSA to respond to written or oral questions from OPR, any other federal agency, or any state investigative agency; and (b) prepare for and participate in any interview by OPR, any other federal agency, or any state investigative agency. Page 1 of 2 EFTA00225038 3. The government and AUSA will undertake efforts to minimize the amount of grand jury and privileged material produced to or maintained by AUSA Ms. will only maintain copies of those materials that were previously provided to OPR. If other items need to be reviewed in the future, AUSA will travel to the U.S. Attorney's Office to review them there. In addition, items may be shown to AUSA and discussed in preparation sessions and during interviews. 4. Any hard copies of grand July and privileged material provided to AUSA will not be photocopied and AUSA will securely maintain these materials. 5. Any digital copies of grand jury or privileged material provided to AUSA will be encrypted. 6. Any grand jury or privileged material provided to AUSA will only be reviewed by her and by her counsel. 7. At the conclusion of the OPR proceedings and any related federal or state proceedings, all grand jury and privileged material in AUSA possession will be destroyed. AUSA will shred hard copy documents and will delete and purge electronic documents. DONE AND ORDERED this day of August, 2019, at West Palm Beach, Florida. DONALD M.
