that accused Maxwell of recruiting her in 3.999, when she was a minor, and grooming her to
provide sexual services for Epstein. LLI2 A 2018 expose by Julie R. Brown in the Miami Herald
revealed Jane Doe 3 to be [REDACTED], who was previously known as [REDACTED]. Giuffre
met Maxwell at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida, when Giuffre was a 16-
year-old spa attendant-12—ml' She asserted that Maxwell had introduced her to Epstein, after which
she was " oomed by the two [of them] for his pleasure, including lessons in Epstein's preferences
during oral sex". 22/ 631
Maxwell has repeatedly denied any involvement in Epstein's crimes.121 In a 2015 statement,
Maxwell rejected allegations that she has acted as a procurer for Epstein and denied that she had
"facilitated Prince Andrew's [alleged] acts of sexual abuse". Her spokesperson said "the allegations
made against Ghislaine Maxwell are untrue" and she "strongly denies allegations of an unsavoury
nature, which have appeared in the British press and elsewhere, and reserves her right to seek
redress at the repetition of such old defamatory elaims"aft.41
Giuffre asserted that Maxwell and Epstein had trafficked her and other underage girls, often at sex
parties hosted by Epstein at his homes in New York, New Mexico, Palm Beach, and the United
States Virgin Islands. Maxwell called her a liar. Giuffre sued Maxwell for defamation in federal
court in the Southern District of New York in 2015. While details of the settlement haVe not been

Career
Teaching
Epstein started working in September 1974 as a physics and mathematics teacher for teens at the
Dalton School on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.M.WI Donald Barr, who served as the
headmaster until June 1th4/EWE was known to have made several unconventional
recruitments at the time, although it is unclear whether he had a direct role in hiring
Epstein )4331[371[381 Three months after Barr's departure, Epstein began to teach at the school,
despite his lack of credentialsiS1 Epstein allegedly showed inappropriate behavior toward
underage students at the time.(33][371 He became acquainted with Alan Greenberg, the chief
executive officer of Bear Stearns, whose son and daughter were attending the school. Greenberg's
daughter, Lynne Koeppel, pointed to a parent-teacher conference where Epstein influenced
another Dalton parent into advocating for him to Greenberg. 1151 In June 1976, after Epstein was
dismissed from Dalton for "poor perfonnance",W1[39)[4-0 Greenberg offered him a job at Bear
Stearns.(321.6.1J
Banking
Epstein joined Bear Steams in 1976 as a low-level junior assistant to a floor trader.M He swiftly
moved up to become an options trader, working in the special products division, and then advised
the bank's wealthiest clients, such as Seagram president Edgar Bronfman, on tax mitigation
strategies (321[431[441 Jimmy Cayne, the bank's later chief executive officer, praised Epstein's skill
with wealthy clients and complex products. In 1980, four years after joining Bear Stearns, Epstein
became a limited partner.M
In 1981, he was asked to leave Bear Steams for, according to his sworn testimony, being guilty of a
"Reg D violation" [45132)130 Even though Epstein departed abruptly, he remained close to Cayne
and Greenberg and was a client of Bear Stearns until its collapse in zoo8.1a1
Financial consulting
In August 1981, Epstein founded his own consulting firm, Intercontinental Assets Group Inc.
(IAG),1 qe1 which assisted clients in recovering stolen money from fraudulent brokers and
lawyers.1.121 Epstein described his work at this time as being a high-level bounty hunter. He told

friends that he worked sometimes as a consultant for governments. and the very wealthy to recover
embezzled funds, while at other times he worked for clients who had embezzled funds,13-g471
Spanish actress and heiress Ana Obreg6n was one such wealthy client, whom Epstein helped in

Liquid Funding was initially 4o percent owned by Bear Stearns. Through the help of the credit
rating agencies — Standard & Poor's, Fitch Ratings and Moody's Investors Service — the new
bundled securities were able to be created for companies so that they got a gold-plated AAA rating.
The implosion of such complex securities, because of their inaccurate ratings, led to the collapse of
Bear Stearns in March 2008 and set in motion the financial crisis of 2OO7-2OO8 and the
subsequent Great Recession. If Liquid Funding were left holding large amounts of such securities
as collateral, it could have lost large amounts of money.[651[61
Investments
Hedge funds
Between 2002 and 2005, Epstein invested $8o million in the D.B. Zwirn Special Opportunities
Fund, a hedge fund that invested in illiquid debt securities,81[691 In November 2OO6, Epstein
attempted to redeem his investment after he was informed of accounting irregularities in the
fund.V21 By this time, his investment had grown to $140 million. The D.B. Zwirn fund refused to
redeem the investment. Hedge funds that invest in illiquid securities typically have years-long
"lockups" on their capital for all investors and require redemption requests to be made in writing
6o to oo days in advanceik-81 The fund was closed in 2008, and its remaining assets of
approximately $2 billion, including Epstein's investment, were transferred to Fortress Investment
Group when that firm bought the assets in 2009.08][69] Epstein later went to arbitration with
Fortress over his redemption attempt. The outcome of that arbitration is not publicly known. WU

Dr Allen Golding
RE: Dermatology and Allergy Centre proposal
4 Dear Dr Golding ,
I w uld like to take this opportunity to introduce
myself , my name is-
, I have been a resident of Port Pirie for.
In this time it has come to my attention , through my own experience and
conversations with the general population , that there is a great need for specialist
treatments within our country region. Therefore I am in the process of developing a
Business plan for the opening of a Dermatology and Allergy Centre within this region.
The Dermatology and Allergy Centre will combine the services of a Dermatologist ,
Allergist / immunologist and a Dietician working in conjunction with each other in order to
offer treatments to the country population and a referral service for your clients. The
centre will assist your clients by reducing the travel costs and waiting periods for
consultations usually conducted with metropolitan specialists.
To establish this centre in Port Pirie , I firstly need to gather some statistical information
regarding referrals to specialists of a dermatology , allergy / immunology and dietician
nature. This information will enable me to access the long term viability of the centre.
Therefore I am making contact with you specifically to request access to statistical
information from the past 12 months. I understand your clients details are of a private
matter and not relevant to my research , therefore I do not require anymore information
other than that of a statistical nature.
All aspects of this project are of astrictly confidential matter t including the market
research I am currently conducting. This includes customer survey's and the statistical
information I am requesting. I would appreciate your confidentiality regarding this
business proposal disclosed in this letter.
You may contact me directly to discuss this matter or I can contact you or your staff next
week to follow-up this information to make an appointment with you to discuss this
further.
I thank you for your time and appreciate your consideration and confidentiality regarding
this matter.
Yours sincerely

Re:
Dermatology and Allergy Centre proposal.
I am sure you are aware that our visiting dermatologist has had to extend his consulting hours, and
remains booked several months in advance. I have 4 patients under direct care of consultant allergists,
and would happily refer another 8-10 if they could get an appointment anywhere within a reasonable
time for an allergist assessment and advice. The Women's and Children's Hospital is only seeing life-
threatening allergic conditions due to their excessive waiting list.
I have no doubt an allergy clinic would be supported, but have no idea where you might be able to
source appropriate consultant staff for this. Good Luck.
Regards
Dr A P Golding

The centre will operate on an appointment and referral basis offering the local and
surrounding rural districts, general practitioners a referral system for their patients which are
usually conducted with metropolitan specialists. The centre will assist the rural populations
by reducing the travel costs and waiting periods for consultations and treatments. The centre
will also provide a variety of natural health and beauty enhancement products for retail. The
benefits to the clients will be the eradication of travel and accommodation expenses ,
waiting periods and loss of wages due to time off for travelling, which are currently required
by the rural population due to appointments with the metropolitan specialists.
By conducting market research in the form of customer survey's , letters to general
Practitioners, personal experience and conversations with the general population in rural
regions , it has come to the forefront that there is a market for these services in this area.
In order to bridge this gap and dissolve the disadvantages the populations in rural areas are
facing currently by having to incur such things as loss of wages, waiting periods and
accommodation costs , the establishment of the centre in the centralized area of Port Pixie
has been accessed to be a much needed commodity to this region.
As this is a new business concept being introduced within this region , the opportunity to
establish the business within the rural sector has high possibilities of successfully reaching
it's goals of becoming a well established, successful business opportunity. By establishing
the centre within the township of Port Pixie, it centralizers the services to not only Port Pixie
but to all surrounding rural districts , for example, Port Augusta , Laura , Jamestown, Yorke
Peninsula areas , Port Broughton ect As the centre is offering a referral system to the GP'S
within these regions, this offers them a service in their region for their patients , eliminating
the waiting periods offered currently by using metropolitan specialists , thus reducing the
treatments they can offer their patients. By working in conjunction with the GP'S, this will
allow the centre to develop a higher percentage clientele base. As this business concept is
the first to be established within this region , competition does not currently exist and is

SA Health recognises and encourages private medical services to be established within
rural communities. SA Health and Country Health SA (CHSA) have a long established

health services to the residents of local communities.
Currently, CHSA and the local Health Advisory Council for Port Pine are engaged in
a 10 year health service needs and planning process. This process will identify the
needs of the local community and support the planning of long term health services to

near the hospital and will provide physical infrastructure to support the delivery of
integrated services, including space for consulting rooms, group meetings, therapy
procedures and car parking.
The integrated health service will offer more access to preventative health care
and an increase in the range of programs available.
"The new $12.5m GP Plus Health Care Centre will help Port Pirie residents to
prevent and manage chronic disease and stay healthy and out of hospital," said
Roger Kirchner, Director of the Mid North Health Services.

dashboards provide country
residents with an opportunity
to learn more about how their
hospitals are managed.
'The inpatient

"South Australia was the
state in the country to
make this level of information
available to the public and
we are excited to extend
this technology to country
residents. r.;
'Through the dashboard
the general public
can gain a better
understanding about
how patient flow is
managed In our busy
