Steven Pearce Wrongly accused by an off duty police officer in Kadina of Hoon driving Kevin Barton was physically assaulted by the off duty police officer during the process of the off duty police officer wrongly accusing Kevin Barton of Hoon driving within the community of Kadina and him denying the allegation Kevin Barton reported the physical assault of the off duty police officer and pressed charges Following reporting the off duty police officer of the wrongful allegation resulting in physical assault Kevin Barton was victimized and harassed by multiple police officers of the Kadina Police Department until he felt he did not have a choice but to drop the pressed charges against the off duty police officer and proceeded to drop the charge to avoid any more police targeting, victimization and harassment while he remained residing in Kadina PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE AND CONCERN CONCERNING POLICE TARGETING AND VICTIMISATION IN THE COMMUNITY OF KADINA - KADINA POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICE - PROVIDING NO PUBLIC SAFETY OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND ENDANGERING THEIR LIVES Nicole Oliver - Community Member - Kadina - Married a Police Officer - Kadina Police Department Nicole Oliver, Kadina ceased the relationship / marriage with a police officer of the Kadina Police Department Following the ceased relationship with the police officer of the Kadina Police Department Nicole Oliver suffered continuous and constant police harassment, victimization and stalking within the township of Kadina by multiple police officers and including her ex husband, the connected police officer which was conducted by the police officers against her for years following the ceased relationship PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE AND CONCERN CONCERNING POLICE TARGETING, VICTIMISATION, HARASSMENT WITHIN THE COMMTUNITY AND INVOLVING MUTLIPLE POLICE OFFICERS GETTING INVOLVED IN PERSONAL MATTERS OF OTHER POLICE OFFICERS WITHIN THEIR DEPARTMENT RESULTING IN A GANG MEMNTALLITY OF VICTIMISATION AGAINST A WOMAN OF THE CONMMUNITY PUBLIC SAFETY OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND ENDANGERMENT OT THEIR LIVES - Port Pirie community member to Kadina Police Department during period of community member of Port Pirie being subjected to Police Targeting of the Port Pirie Police Department following reporting recognized targeted criminal activity in her life During reporting the suspected Child Abduction to the Kadina Police Department using a Telstra telephone box near Meadow Crescent, Port Pirie the community member was informed by a police officer of the Kadina Police Department "we are not collectors of information" Community member reporting the matter did not proceed with the report and did not contact the Port Pirie Police Department or any other police department due to the ongoing issues with being targeted by police in the community during this period of 2015 Following not proceeding with the report to the Kadina Police Department the Kadina Police Department contacted the Port Pirie Police Department and certain police officers involved in the current ongoing police targeting of the community member came to the community member house of residence and stated they had been contacted by the Kadina Police Department concerning the report The community member of Port Pirie did notproceed to make a report of the suspected Child Abduction due to recognizing the male police officer, Port Pirie Police Department as one of the police officers continuously involved in 2014-201 o ice argeting occurring following the community member reporting recognized targeted criminal activity in her life EFTA00269335 PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE AND CONCERN CONCERNING POLICE TARGETING AND VICTIMISATION IN THE COMMUNITY OF KADINA - Community member contacted local member of Government Fraser Ellis, MP - Community Projects and Public issues and Concerns Following the community member contacting the Local Member of Government Fraser Ellis, MP to discuss local community projects and community and public issues the community member encountered multiple events of being stalked, followed by multiple police officers of the Kadina Police Department in Every location of the township at exact moment the community member is in that location, as occurred in Port Pirie 2014-2016 and escalated to the community member being followed into shopping locations / Woolworths multiple times and police officers proceeding to try to introduce themselves to her , being followed down highways from Adelaide to Kadina, being followed while walking / excising in morning hours, standing on corners of the street while community member is posting mail in Australia Post Kadina location and watching community members movements Following these events conducted by the Kadina Police Department continuously the Kadina community member then encountered Police tar etin a ain in Port Pirie conducted by Port Pirie Police Department while taking her , ather. to the Port Pirie District Hospital Kadina Community member was followed into the hospital grounds by the police officer in a police vehicle - Kadina Cousin of community member encountering police harassment, stalking and victimization reported a suspected break and enter of her property to the Kadina Police Department A male police officer attended the reported activity at her place of residence in community of Kadina and encountered suspicious sexual activity conducted by the male police officer who had proceeded to ask her personal questions about her personal life and provide personal information about his personal life and ignored the details provided concerning the police report of the suspected break and enter of her property and refused to take the cigarettes left at her property containing DNA of the suspect, and informed her that the police officer knew of a woman wandering the streets and entering houses and she was harmless and did not proceed to investigate the report, or provide any form of public safety of home owners, and was proceeding to ask the community out on a date during this procedure - Improper conduct of a sexual nature while on duty SEXUAL ENDANGERMENT OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS BY POLICE OFFICERS - SEXUAL TARGETING OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHILE ON DUTY AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS REQUESTING LEGAKL ASSISTANCE FOR PUBLIC SAFETY PUBLIC SAFETY OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND ENDANGERMENT OT THEIR LIVES - WOMEN COMMUNITY MEMBERS HAVING NO ACCESS TO PUBLIC SAFETY WITHIN THE COMMUTNITY DUE TO THE VICTIMISATION OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF KADINA - NO LEGAL SERVICES FOR PROTECTION 2017 Port Pirie - Mother of Community member who was residing in Port Pirie 2014-2016, a community member of Kadina following the continuous police victimization, targeting and harassment against her daughter conducted by the Port Pirie Police Department reported the police activity of the police department to the Captain of the Port Pirie Police Department in defense of her daughters innocence, which was Confirmed in 2019-2022 as her daughter being a victim of organized targeted crime involving Government and Police sources During the mother reporting the activity of the police officers of the Port Pirie Police Department to the Captain the Captain of this police department stated " I had no idea this was even happening" and made comments about one of the officers of his department behavior of which he was aware of , Jake Austin (who was involved in 2014-2016) During this report made by the mother the Captain retrieved the targeted daughters police records written by the police officers involved which contained falsified information of the daughter being involved in substance abuse and charged by the police officers. The mother of the daughter of the police targeting informed the Captain that her daughter had documented evidence to disprove this allegation and had not received any form of notice or fine to this effect or court order Police activity of this nature stopped once the community member (daughter) relocated to Kadina in 2017 The daughter is a bom and breed community member of Kadina , born 1971 Wallaroo Hospital and relocated to Adelaide at the age of 17 - No Police activity - relocated to Port Pirie 2003 - Continuous Police activity 2007-2023 - Port Pirie Police Department and Kadina Police Department Community member (daughter) was denied all access to her police file or reports in 2016 under the Freedom of Information Act by SAPOL CAPTAINS OF POLICE DEPARTMENTS HAVING NO KNOWLEDGE OF POLICE OFFICERS WIHTIN THEIR DEPARTMENTS ACTIVITIES OR BEHAVIOUR WITHIN COMMUNITIES AND INVOLVING COMMUNITY MEMBERS PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE AND CONCERN - NO AUTHORITY BY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF POLICE OFFICERS ACTIVITIES OR CONDUCT WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS BY CAPTAINS OVER POLICE OFFICERS WITHIN THEIR DEPARTMENTS COMMUNITY MEMBER 2021-2023 - KADINA COMMUNITY MEMBER 2014-2016 - PORT PIRIE EFTA00269337 2022 - Illegal criminal targeted activity Confirmed by safety - On advice of Esafety following community member reporting continuous targeted criminal activity in her life while residing in Kadina entered the Kadina Police Department station to report the activity and seek legal police assistance Community member was met by a male police officer at the counter of Kadina Police Department and proceeded to report the illegal targeted activity as advised by Esafety to gain police assistance. The male police officer stated the issue was outside of his expertise but informed her that he would contact a Detective to handle the matter and proceeded to take her personal contact details and informed her that she would be contacted by the police department to proceed with the matter The community member received no contact from this police department following making this report and seeking police legal assistance Second attempt - Community member seeking police legal assistance under the advice of Esafety following no contact from the police department following first report - Kadina Police Department Community member was met by a male officer at the counter of the Kadina Police Department and proceeded to explain that she had made a report previously and had not received any contact concerning the matter and that she had been informed during the first report that a detective had been contacted and was being sought for the matter The male officer scoffed at the community member and proceeded to not take any details concerning the report of the matter but proceeded to make a phone call to the first officer involved during first contact of reporting the matter During the phone call the male officer was laughing with the first police officer involved in the first report and the community member heard the police officer mocking the member of the local Government Fraser Ellis.
