Based on some of the prior coverage of Mr. Epstein in your publications, including reporting by Ms. II. I am very concerned that any forthcoming article may contain inaccurate and libelous information about Mr. Epstein. We ask you to conduct a careful review of any article about Mr. Epstein in advance of publication for the purpose of determining whether the facts are accurate. As you know, Mr. Epstein has completed his state sentence for events that occurred over five years ago. There have been no allegations of any improper conduct since the fall of 2005. Mr. Epstein has now returned to his life as a philanthropist and financial advisor.
