They are located in File Cabinet 2 (the 5 drawer cabinet closest to the front door in the main office where I sit) 2nd Drawer from top about the 6th Redweld in...it is labeled: Caterpillar and Butterfly Trust. The agreements should be the 2nd and 3rd manilla folders in...take them out, make a copy for Darren, then put the agreements you took out back in the folders. thanks so much! Les EFTA00428431
