I absolutely know it came back to us via fed ex from the agency we used to obtain the passport card. We sent the agency the 4 year passport then they told us we had to use Jeffrey's 10 year passport to get the card...so they sent the 4 year back to us on Oct. 8, 2018 for Saturday delivery...I have an email from Karyna on Oct 8, 2016 stating the 4 year passport arrived back to the house so she was taking the l0year passport to fed ex on Monday 10th... I will ask Karyna again if she knows where it might be... I hope it is in your file cabinet at the office! EFTA00476282
