The only construction/contractor guy I could recommend is a guy who only refinishes wood floors. He did the floors in Josh's house and they look amazing. I believe he charged $3500 to do the entire house. I'll ask Josh if he knows anyone. PS You must be having so much fun re-doing the apartments!!
