Since Mr. Epstein left, water has been leaking from the machine. BALAS does not offer any maintenance and refers to another company they recommend. PASQUER does not include this maintenance in the annual contract with Mr. Epstein since it was not installed by them (although Valdson asked for it). Should we get a quote from both BALAS recommended firm and PASQUER, or simply PASQUER? PASQUER may be the best one since they know the apartment and should be able to do it more quickly????
