Additional Experience • Garde manger at world class Santacafe Restaurant in Santa Fe from 1991 — 1993. • Owner of housecleaning business in Santa Fe from 1993 — 1994 with upscale clientele. • Personal assistant to female executive entrepreneur in Seattle from 1994 — 1996. Duties included: Appointment calendar management, travel arrangements, party and special event planning, telephone and correspondence coordination, bill payment and check book management. • Owner of housecleaning business in Seattle from 1996 through 2001. Client list included some of the wealthiest families and elite members of Seattle society. • Personal assistant to Attorney in New York from 2001 — 2007. Duties included: Research, travel arrangements, hiring, training and payroll of personal household staff, shopping, childcare. Oversee staff and product ordering for Cafe (one of several small businesses). • Delivery dispatch of hot meals to approximately 20 housebound clients on a daily basis for Kitchen Angels Volunteers from 06/03 — 10/03.
