Hi Dan,
Will I be receiving tracking info once my painting has shipped? Any idea when it might be sent out?
Many thanks,
Sarah

Attached are some photos of your painting. Please review them, (I strongly suggest not viewing them on a
cell phone but on a computer monitor) and let us know if you would like us to send it out or if you would
like any changes made?
Note that photos of the paintings may contain some distortion (color and detail) as well as glare from the
camera flash, which is why we often take photos from different angles. Also, monitor/display settings may
mean the colors of the actual painting differ slightly to those on your screen. Also, as this is hand painted
on to canvas from scratch without ANY assisted printing techniques please allow for very minor
discrepancies.
I'd also like to add that the photos rarely look as good as the paintings. In fact, on numerous occasions
we've had customers reluctantly agree for us to send them paintings they felt were poor after reviewing the
pictures, only to be delighted when actually seeing the art in person.

We lookforward to hearing from you. Thanks again for shopping with Ocean's Bridge.
Kind Regards,
Dan
