I've just noticed there is a piece of the wood floor under the entrance to my bathroom which is splintering. Please see the photo below. Also, you mentioned the molding in my linen closet would just need caulking. There are a few quite substantial gaps between the wall and the molding and I'm not sure how that will work. The largest gap is shown in the photo below.. If someone could come have a look at the splintered piece of flooring and the baseboards in the linen closet, I would appreciate it.
