Memorandum To: Jeffrey Epstein From: Emad Hanna Re: Tiki House Kitchen (project #9) Date: 07-19-05 Miles is concerned about the two buildings being next to each other for the following reasons: 1) The smell and smoke being too close to the Tiki House. 2) The noise factor. 3) Would have more privacy. Miles proposes moving the Tiki House kitchen building 30 feet to the left of the Tiki House (looking at it from the beach) while keeping the same design. If approved we would create a pathway between the two buildings for service. Please advise. EFTA00586310
