5/21/12 To Whom It May Concern: Laurence Cousin was employed by my family as a Household Manager/Personal Assistant from October of 2010 to May of 2012. Her responsibilities included: hiring and managing household staff, organizing the household, managing relationships with all contractors and service providers, managing personal calendars, personal shopping, and many other personally related tasks. Laurence has a tremendous work ethic and takes pride in everything she does. I will forever be grateful to Laurence for hiring the team that is running my household; particularly with regard to my children's care. Laurence, and the staff she hired, have developed a wonderful relationship with my three daughters. Laurence's greatest strengths were in household management and organization: she developed systems for purchasing and storing goods, and ensured the house was well stocked with needed materials.
