FYI - The owner of GSJ would like to have the VIGOV buy the island. The VIGOV is not interested
since it does not have the money and, without money, it's not a high priority. I know you were
interested in GSJ at one point. The owner wants about $SGMM for it and a lifetime agreement to allow
his son to use the existing house for vacation visits. Thought - purchase it on behalf of the VIGOV
