Explain why you disagree with the IRS determination in this case (please list each point separately): The problem was issued because I have receive the letter a month after it was sent and didnt have enough time to reply on time. The letters from IRS took one month. On the 8/20/14 I have sent the tax by payusatax ($4359.00 number l. I don't live in US so I couldn't send the check. I was told to make a payment by the website (linked by IRS website). In 2012 I was working as a model. When I was prepearing my tax declaration I was given by my agency documentation for it (statements, 1040). Unfortunatly I'm unable to get the oryginal recipits from my agency and policy of payment now, which is why I returned my tax. I'm willing to provide all neccessary information to clear up my situation. EFTA00634610
