Yes, he is the typical middle aged white St Thomas guy with pony tail and he does like to talk. But, more importantly, I do believe he is an excellent engineer who knows his trade. I like the fact that he comes from the hotel business where issues have to be taken care of right away. He seems to have a broad understanding of the various technical systems we operate and more importantly, he is used to send in detailed reports to management with budgets, forecasts and accountability. I've invited him to the island on Sunday to meet with Karen and myself to go over the various systems and to get an idea of what a typical day will look like and what we expect of him.
