we decided to paint lower level as an afterthought. this was not on our original list. I discussed
this with Joe before scheduling. joe then wanted house to air out for a minimum of four days.
painting done; house now airing. I talked to Joe about this before deciding to paint to see if timing
conflicted with his schedule. he didnt complain to me about it. if I hear a comment about house
from a broker, and its easy to respond to, I try to address it. I dont think its a case of house not
finished.
