We ae working on the renewal package but should not be very complicated. We would request items such as tax clearance letter, certificate of good standing and we are discussing a compliance check list for the company to sign off on stating that they have complied with all the terms and conditions. As soon as it is complete it will be poste to the website. Item 3 Language was lifted form the EDC program and according to Glendina provide pursuant to 9 V.I.C. section 747(b) Item 4 days ends on January 12, 2015 due to our excessive celebration of CCC (all Government Holidays, Administrative leave days and weekend are excluded. This pertains to the setting up of Bank accounts and company capitalization not all conditions. Hope this answers all your questions. If not let me know and I will try get an answer for you. Again, please reissue your cover letter to Attorney Kellerhals clarifying point #3 regarding the expiration date which should be December 31, 2025 and not December 31,2015. 2. The Certificate of Licensure states that it is valid from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Other than paying the renewal fee, what do we need to do to renew our license? Once we pay the fee, is renewal automatic? 3. On page 2 of the Tax Certificate, item #2 states that "This Certificate is conditioned upon the final determination of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States or his designee..." What does that mean and why is it applicable to the IBE program? 4. On page 3 of the Tax Certificate, item #1 states the "The Beneficiary shall produce evidence within 5 working days..." Five days from when? What if we can't accomplish the list within five working days? 5. On page 4 of the Tax Certificate, item #9 states that "...every full-time employee who is regularly scheduled to work 232 or more hours per week..." This should read "32 or more hours".
