FYI. The three Bidders that are proposing on the shop buildings are Custom
Builders, Apex Construction, and Balbo Construction. All are very reputable
Contractors that have built many substantial projects in the Virgin Islands
for the past thirty plus years. The Bid date is June 9. Drawings were
distributed to each several weeks ago.

Gentlemen,

The following clarifications are provided regarding the Bids to be received
for the Little St. James Mechanical, R.O. and Maintenance Buildings:
I. The Contractor is allowed to utilize the Little St. James Barge
for the delivery of materials.
2. The Contractor shall include the cost of site work in his Bid,
including equipment.
3. The equipment schedule shown in the drawings for the vehicular
and woodworking shops is for information purposes only. The Contractor is
responsible for all mechanical and electrical supply to the above referenced
equipment. All shelving shown shall be provided by the owner.
4. The Buck Steel quote that includes the generator building is
included with this email.
The bid date remains June 9, 2017.
