I'm sure Leon is discussing this with Jeffrey, but just so you know we asked them to offer a 110% enhanced hammer and a $19.5 million guarantee, and then if we get both Jeffrey can choose between the two. I'm supposed to hear back from Sotheby's today, so will let you know as soon as I do.
