With this in mind, we should agree on the other elements related to this payment and create a short form agreement. To that end, these are the other points we would like to include: - $100k principle repayment to be made no later than November 20, 2014. This will give us the time we need to obtain internal approvals required and ensure compliance. - No further interest payments due until March 2015 - Adam would like the judgments against him removed though I am not clear where this stands or what is currently filed - We get an extension of time to March 1, 2015 to either pay back the loan balance or establish an alternate pay down schedule Please advise.
