He suggests that we call you later.... so he can update you, but also figure out when this can be closed, because he can't do his deal with Intel until it is done - since he needs to provide them with the latest cap. table and can't do so if an investor hasn't yet closed (and is doing so at a lower price than them). And I am just figuring out when I will be back in Paris.
