As we do not know the place, lodges and/or bunk houses may be OK.
What we need is 3 bedrooms and a working area with possibility of 3 computers working together.
A nearby possibility of restaurants to have meals.
And if there is a hotel nearby that the security detail can book a room for himself on his account.
