Meet The Kitchen Family : Michael Heim Most recently, we spoke with Michael Heim who shared his reason for staying in Colorado: "I got hooked into The Kitchen and found my family; my network." Originally from Omaha, Michael found his calling in the world of wild mushrooms. lie belongs to the Mycological Society here in Colorado, grows his own mushrooms, leads forays and teaches classes on cultivation. Meet The Kitchen Purveyor : Conscious Coffees' Mark Glenn We sat down with one of our local purveyors, Mark Glenn of Conscious Coffees, to learn more about how he and his wife, Mel, became involved with The Kitchen. He says, "I've been with The Kitchen since day one and I EFTA00705619 feel strongly that The Kitchen could have been responsible, certainly in our five state region, but perhaps in a bigger part of this country, to turn the direction of coffee in restaurants."
