It is in terrible position cos it does not know what happened to cause the explosion etc. It could be facing criminal culpability. It is risky for me to go near before facts are established. There is instability at the top and prob will be high level changes. They are at risk of further engineering disasters occuring. Sd avoid becoming chair like plague. He will mention my interest to senior indep director. And as general observation, in UK, board level appts attract fixed payments not profit/performance related.
