Myers had attempted to contact Severson at her last known address, Myers made contact with Severson's father, explained why he was contacting Severson and gave him a card asking Severson to call. The father stated Severson was out of town and would give her the message. Severson call Myers on his cell phone August 4, 2009 in the evening at 6:56 PM from number . According to Severson she met in her last year of high school, 2004, when they both attended Royal Palm Beach High School. Severson said she met through a friend she (Severson) was dating, Severson added she has not had any contact with since high school. Severson stated she was not close to only knew her about one year, and would see her occasionally in school and when attending social events. Severson added she believes transferred to another school, but is not sure.
