Finding a contractor that you're comfortable with is a huge step forward. Rob is such a lovely guy and I trust him completely. Concerning the programming document (along with all the other drawings), really looking forward to officially beginning the project. I'll have the revised contract to you tomorrow. Since you're concerned about the schedule, the best thing would be to messenger the retainer and signed contract to my office on Monday. That way production can proceed without further delay. Ethan, my office manager, can also send a messenger to you if that's better. I sent an email to Mary Wilson at the building de artment this week with a revised scope of work ie: service room, conversion of garage to habitable space.. not anticipating any problems, but it's good to bring them along with the process. I noticed a surveyor's stake in the front yard yesterday. Looks like Jack K is in the process of getting the c of o for the deck. Have a wonderful week end!
