will immediately transfer all such funds to the attorney escrow account of Fairer & Co
LLP, having an address at 66 Lincoln's Inn Fields London WC2A 3LH. Refifi Ltd. will
not. nor will it authorize, use or other disposition of those funds without the consent of
Jeffrey Epstein.
