Jeffrey,
Here are various Kitchen Plan options for your review and comment:
Plan A: I spoke to Brice and saw some photos of the Zorro Kitchen. Brice says it works well and that you like the layout.
This plan is based on the same concept.
• Separate Butler's Pantry
• Separate Pantry
• One open space for Kitchen and Dining Table.
Plan B:
• Separate area for Butler's Pantry and Pantry Combined
• Open Kitchen and Dining Area
• Dining area larger because no cabinets at this end
• Two entry doors into Dining area
Plan C:
• One large open space for Kitchen/Dining area
• Butler's Pantry and Pantry Storage within
• This layout is the same length as the Great Room, but it is not as wide.
Plan D:
• Same one large open space for Kitchen and Dining
• Instead of typical Kitchen islands with cabinetry below, replace with large round butcher block or stone top Islands.
• I will forward photo of round islands that I have in mind.
• From my experience, it is easier to circulate around round tables and the room appears more spacious.
These are just a starting point as we can mix and match after reviewing your comments along with
and
Let me know what you think.
