the apt. is just for me. I don't have sq. footage on either. The maintenance is $755 in $389
in Bklyn and $862 on $429 in city. I'll look into this more tomorrow. I agree the city apt.
will have better resale value and it will be more convenient to get to work, but it seems
very cold. Sounds like there's a Max II, somewhere in my future.
