No paint in the bedroom because this requires some designer repairs. • All stone floors and walls are Coral stone. • Existing bedroom floor to remain but I have allowed for refinishing. • All lighting and switching in the Bedroom will remain as is. • I HAVE NO SHIPPING included in this budget, I did not have time to run it all past Emad, which I will do next week.
