The idea is to have someone purchase the liabilities from these two (total cost of under £200k) and then stand in line with the other creditors to receive the 25p offer from The Duke. Once the finance has come through via Fergies Farm the purchaser of the liabilities would receive compensation for their loss. Do you have any contacts or have any idea if there is someone who might support such a transaction which is effect is a loan of no more than £200K?
