29/0112019 Mail — EPSTEIN / decision to stop services Marie-Joseph Experton To EPSTEIN - INDYKE Darren >: imaiinani.e. High Dear Darren, Referring to our telephone conversation of yesterday, I confirm that I have decided to render no more services relating to Mr. Epstein, due to the two following reasons: • the decision I was notified by telephone, that BNP is closing down my own personal account in France (which I use for my country home and from which I recently made payments for Mr. Epstein (which decision seems to be linked to those payments - ??? -), and • Bella Klein's interference over the past few weeks in the work I was in charge with respect to the Paris apartment and to the administrative follow-up with Valdson (as we discussed over the past few weeks). In order to enable you to take over all the various matters relating to Mr. Epstein and the administrative follow- up relating to his Paris apartment, I will be sending you messages to inform you about the services I will no longer render, so you can take appropriate steps to handle them. I regret that I have to make such decision after so many years of collaboration, however, due to the circumstances, I trust that you will understand my position.
