Note that I changed the intro paragraph to state that if the parties enter into a definitive purchase and sale agreement with respect to the Engines, then any other agreements with respect to the sale of the engines will be terminated and no further agreements with respect to the sale of the Engines will be made. I also made the negotiation and execution of a sale and purchase agreement, subject to each party's discretion. Finally, I made the delivery location to be the facility of Stambaugh Aviation in Brunswick, GA and provided that the Engines will be removed after closing at the sole risk, cost and responsibility of Buyer who will at its cost ship them to its facility at Hialea, Florida. Please advise if the revised LOI is ok and I will sign it and send it to Buyer when I get home this evening. Larry, please check the Schedule I, which makes reference to engine stands.
