LSJ Proposed Appliances Cost for Cabinets Only: fl 758.19 Install: Recommend JPK for this Project- TBA Appliance Cost: $20,537.19 Tile Work: TBA Banquette: Refinish: TBA As discussed we delayed moving forward with this project, waiting to determine quality and finish of the selected Maratha Stewart cabinets. During this time we have reached out to local supply and research other options, but have not been able to Match the Finish and or cost. Appliances The following Appliances will need replacing Dishwashers x 2 Wall oven, microwave combo Main 48" Oven The Main Oven has been repaired numerous times, and as of date the ovens still do not work. The Wall oven is non operational Dishwashers have programming and hardware issues The Sub Zero Refrigerators and Ice machine are ok as of date. Granite Countertops Planning on using Existing Counter Tops, but this will be tricky, as they will need to be removed for the demo and re installed. Floor Tile: reviewing options for deep cleaning and re-grout Banquette: Recover, material will need to be selected.
