Recommendations are:
Base on the Cabana's 1,2,3 and 4 doors being sealed the only time the shutters will be closed and hinges in plain site, will be in the event of
a Serve Rain storm, or a guest wants to black out room totally, owner not on site.
Instead of replacing all RMH Hinges proceed in the following manner.
Restore Finish on Existing RMH , noting most of the hinges are still operational and secure.
Using the already purchased strap hinges, replace only those shutters which remain closed at all times in the master compound, ( 9 shutters,
54 hinges)
Purchase 6 more sets (36) for Master Bedroom Shutters. $13,320.00, optional.
Hurricane Bars, 66 bars total. Estimate due Monday ($2000.00)
RMH Hurricane Bar Eyes, 40, cost $3224.00
Eye Hooks (250) @ $13.39 = $3347.50
S/S Eyes (156) @ $7.00 = $1092.00
The items in RED are critical to next seasons Hurricane Preparation.
How do you wish to proceed.
regards Brice

I would recommend we try and refurbish existing hardware first.
We will do a test this week.
There are two items that will definitely need to be priced and purchased, Eye Hooks and Hurricane Bars.
These we will pursue this week and will forward to you.
Let me know how you wish to proceed?
