( the rules state only 15 feet on top of a two story structure„ so they interpret 45 feet allowed.? ) they also wanted me to detail the machinery that will be used to pull the mulcher. ? Revised map showing location of garden with dimensions included on map, so that DPNR can calculate approximate square footage of area to be planted. It is understood that the permit will likely include a special condition that a berm be biu 2. GPS mapping (which will be completed on Monday and Tuesday) with description of extent of clearing on roadside (e.g. roadside will be cleared 3' on either side with notations as to which trees may be removed as part of the clearing and which trees will be kept with descriptions thereof). GPS mapping will include the identification of locations where large trash and debris piles, which include boat parts, refrigerators, etc will require the use of heavy equipment for removal. JP: it appears that Mr. Epstein will undertake combination of burying and mulching — particularly since we explained the benefit of mulching with respect to erosion control, etc. We will provide specs on mulching equipment that can be towed behind the excavator. We will also provide a notation of the area where dried brush would be buried. Commissioner Henry indicated that she would expedite the permit approval. I know you are travelling next week so please advise to whom we should submit this additional documentation.
